To certain people in my Stats class: I don't know your names, so I can't really call you out on this (not that I actually would), but please, SHUT UP. AND STOP ASKING STUPID QUESTIONS. The professor knows what he's doing, and some of us are actually trying to learn. Thank you.
I got a 68% on my latest Stats exam, which brings my current grade to a 72%. Not the best grade in the world, and it's definitely not one of my best. I'm hoping for at least a "B" average in all of my classes, so my grade definitely needs to be improved. I resolved during class today (when I wasn't banging my head against the desk in annoyance) that I'll actually take notes for the rest of semester instead of relying on the book for things. Because that strategy obviously hasn't worked for me. And I think I need to apply it to Astronomy as well, since I rarely pay attention and am practically failing that class.
Will be attending the last Obama phonebank tonight; I didn't attend the last few because I was pretty busy. But things have calmed down school-wise, and this is the last chance I can help out with the campaign. Tonight's calling will be more about making sure people go out and vote next Tuesday, because there's really no point in trying to convince people to vote for Obama since McCain pulled out and MI is now for Obama. There's also the big Obama primetime commercial tonight, so we'll probably take some time out from calling people to watch it.
So, how are all of you?
