Just because the show ended up sucking does not mean that it doesn't deserve recognition. Sadly, I think that's exactly what it means to the Academy. Sopranos was groundbreaking and went out being as kick-ass as it was on day one, which I actually think is deserving of a tribute that other beloved series might not be. But I know I'm in the minority there, and you KNOW I would've been bawling my eyes out had we gotten a TWW tribute. ;)
