college. en español.
Jul. 14th, 2008 07:38 pmI got back my AP Spanish results this afternoon; received a "2" rating, which means I'm "possibly qualified" to handle speaking/reading/understanding Spanish. I was hoping for a "3", but I think I knew after the exam was over, I didn't do as well as I thought I would.
Because of this, I won't take Spanish in college, which is kind of a relief. My score is so low that the college can't place me in any higher level class, so I have to start with Spanish 101. Unfortunately, the credit from Spanish 101 doesn't transfer to the college I want to go to next year; I have to take Spanish 201 for it to work, and there's no way I can do three semester's worth in 1, so it's been eliminated. Instead, I'll be taking Anthropology!

Got out of class early again today! And I did really well on the group worksheet (96%!), so I'm pretty confident I'll do well on the exam tomorrow. I'll review a little bit later tonight/tomorrow morning just to be sure.
